Can confirm through experience that ghost touches become minimal on 10.3.8. I can now type fast without the keyboard closing due to ghost touch before. Would like to add that my most tap intensive game is duel links to speed up dialogues and you used to see the touch on the upper left of the screen. With 10.3.8 it never happened again so far.
